5. Conduct and Responsibilities

a. Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants during the classes. Any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

b. Individual Decisions: Each participant is solely responsible for their trading decisions. Stockspathi and its instructors shall not be liable for any gains or losses resulting from participants’ trading activities.

6. Modification or Cancellation of Classes

Stockspathi reserves the right to modify the schedule, content, or location of training classes at its discretion. In the event of a class cancellation initiated by Stockspathi, participants will be notified, and appropriate arrangements will be made.
