Our goal is to provide high-quality learning experiences to our students. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses.
- Course Progression and Test Exemption
a. Course Progression: As part of our educational approach, students have the opportunity to progress through our courses from Beginners to Intermediate, Intermediate to Advanced, and Advanced to Extra Tips.
b. Test Exemption: Students who demonstrate proficiency by passing the test for a particular course on our website have the option to skip that course and join the next level.
- Refund Eligibility
a. No Refunds for Course Completion: Once a student successfully completes a course (by passing the test or attending all sessions), no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether they attended the classes or took the test to progress to the next level.
b. Refunds for Unattended Courses: If a student pays the fees for a course but passes the test on our website without attending the classes, they may be eligible for a refund for that specific course.
- Refund Request Process
a. To request a refund, the student must submit a written request via email to our customer support team at [email protected]. The request should include the student’s name, the course for which the refund is being sought, and any relevant information.
b. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of payment for the course.
c. Our team will review the refund request and assess the student’s eligibility based on their test completion and attendance records.
- Refund Amount
a. If the student is eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be the fees paid for the specific course.
b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Course Duration
a. Our courses have varying durations, depending on the level and complexity. The course duration will be specified during the registration process.

- Changes to Course Dates
In exceptional circumstances, Stockspathi reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course. In such cases, registered students will be informed, and suitable arrangements will be made.
